I would recomend you leave them on to heat them, slowy apply the heat and use something that fits the shape to press it against the body till it cools.

Cart is really looking great. I am finishing up on an 84 ds model and have found I need fender flares to keep the sand off of me. Would you have any ideas where to get some as they are no longer being made by anybody for the pre-92 carts.

You may not get a response. It looks like Ted hasn't logged on in almost five years.
