Default Air Shock lift/steering shaft comes out

So my shocks were bad on my TXT and I put Monroe ma705 max air shocks on. They fit great, air up perfectly and ride really nice.

My problem, when I go to high on the front when lifting, the steering shaft separates. Is there a way to push the column down, make it longer, or just keep it from coming apart when I lift the cart? Is there an adapter? longer shaft or just plain red neck engineering to keep it together and get a good lift? Any help is much appreciated.

Are the air shocks what you are using for a lift or do you have a lift kit on it?
If just the shocks you need taller spindle arms.

Allsports sell their dropped axle lifts that come with spindles that have taller arms, I don't know if they will fit the stock axle though and think you would need both spindles. Might give them a call, they been good to me as far as buying lift parts. If it was me I would buy the dropped axle with the spindles. (assuming you don't have a dropped axle)

Is there a longer intermediate shaft that I can buy to replace the stock intermediate shaft?

None that I ever seen...you could fab something up on top your spindle arm to raise it, so the shaft is not at such an angle making it a shorter distance.

I never used a Madjax lift but here's their "tie rod spacer" to raise the arm on a 4" lift.. watch at 8:30 mark..
