Smile Picking up a 2014 CC tomorrow!

The day has finally come. After digging through tons of sale ads and emailing/texting a lot of peeps I got one settled on. Serial JE1444. I would like to thank Fort Wilderness @ Disney for draining my pocket book. Modified carts everywhere, and the wife said "I want one!". Thank this forum also for showing me how to empty my wallet on mods.

Oh did I mention I already ordered the XCT 500amp/400 solenoid/2gauge combo and the 12v reducer combo from carts unlimited? Should be here tomorrow before I get back with the cart. Super helpful dude and shipped FAST!

I have a short bed so I just removed tailgate and added 2x10s for frame support. Got the idea from these forums. It's 6'6" to the end of the platform. From googling wheelbase dimensions it should fit. Gonna transport it like this anyway since my tailgate won't go down when my Travel Trailer is hooked up.

I see you went with the JE1444 instead of the JE1449 with out the rear seat. Good luck with your new purchase.

Yeah. It was the better deal.

The blue two seater had a better color and was only 30-45 minutes away. The green one is 3 1/2 hours. Only bad part.

Haha. Noticed that too when I uploaded. Picture is right on the phone. 🤔

Too lazy to redo it. It was 100 here in KC today. By the time I was done cutting, screwing and strapping I was sweating like a pig. Only took 30 minutes but dang, the heat was killer.

I had my dealer deliver my new cart this morning. Although my wife and granddaughter quickly decided they were going out to enjoy it before I had a chance to drive it. I am quite happy with it so far. Top speed was 25 to 26 as measured on our radar controlled speed sign.

Awesome. Hoping to get 23-24 with controller combo. Lift and 20s are going to be ordered in the next month or so and maybe the A4 motor from carts unlimited. Would love to make a speed demon but I need torque for some of the minor off-roading I will do for my 3gun competitions.
