Vegas Carts 625cc to loud
This thing is way to loud. Does anyone have a solution? I’m really not happy with it.

You can start here for ideas.....
https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?url...7&share_type=t Hopefully the link works. Over 400 posts about exhaust solutions. For my 625 I use a Walker 22229 muffler mounted crossways behind the diff with a 1.5" tailpipe. |

Great! Thanks for the link. I posted there so if an admin can remove this thread that would be great.

In my old cart, geo metro muffler made the 625 tolerable.

Re: Vegas Carts 625cc to loud
This is in my current cart, pretty much the same as the TXT.
I need to re-wrap the header, but the muffler mount is a U-bolt exhaust clamp with a bar welded to it. That takes the load of the muffler and attaches it to the axle. The VC motor plate also has a bracket that mounts to the rear end. Mines not a good example now that I had to chop it up since I raised my whole drivetrain 3". Dont mind the rust, it'll all be addressed when the cart gets painted this fall. And the exhaust will be straighter after I modify the mount again to match the motor lift. Re: Vegas Carts 625cc to loud
The re-weld was due to a rowdy night at the farm and smashed the exhaust trying to jump tree stumps.
