charging 99 clubcar
Hello, I recently had a problem w/ my club car I remedied this with new cable,switch, and 6 new batterries 9also threw in some new tires while I was at it) now I can only charge my batteries by bypassing its relay I had the charger checked out and its working fine what can be my problem please help?

Can be loose conection, bad obc, or obc installed backwards. Clean all conections first, while at it look at the obc and say which side faces forward, (metal or plastic).

Also, the battery cable going to the Controller "has" to be routed through the hole in the OBC.
