Default Restoration and Customization Begins

We thought it was time to sell the Cushman Bellhop because it had been sitting in the barn since we brought it home 9 years ago. So, we listed it on Facebook and agreed on a selling price. We pulled it out and washed it then my wife said, she wanted to keep it and fix it up. On our farm, this cart is just what the doctor ordered. And to my surprise it cleaned up very nice.

The 1990-93 Cushman Bellhop-3 once carried VIP's from their private jets to the terminal lobby at the Destin Airport. The owner gave it to me. My plans are to make it very reliable, customize it a bit, use it around the home and drive it in the annual Havana Lawn Mower Parade.

First thing, I've got to determine if parts are available. Then I'll pull the motor and have it overhauled. After I get it running, I want to install a solar charging system, stereo with bluetooth, rotating beacon light on top, maybe a lift kit, fresh paint with some custom decals. And it will need a rifle rack and lawn tool rack.

I like chasing sparks so it should be a fun project.

Located in Havana, Florida just north of the capital.
