Advance EV (Icon?) Light / park brake problem

Dont know much about these other than I cant seem to find a wiring diagram and I have called 3 dealers trying to get parts....and still waiting

Anyhow here is what I got.


Cart operates as it should until you turn on the lights, at that point the parking brake switch turns red and the cart will do nothing (parking brake does not engage). Also with the driver side light plugged in as soon as you turn on the lights the fuse blows, so I am assuming the light itself is bad.


With the lights off you can push the park brake switch and nothing happens, a long push and hold the cart will shut down but the brake does not engage. The parking brake does engage when the ignition is turned off.

Well long story short left the driver side light unplugged cleaned the park brake switch plug and the cart is working with one light. Called 4 dealers for 2 weeks no one returns calls or can even look up parts. Sent it home. Guess thats what you get with the china stuff.
