Thanks for the great pictures.
My pump on my 1990 G2 was nasty inside. I am sure I was the first to every clean it. So much better than buying a new pump for $100. Thanks |

hey thanks doom when i crank my cart over the fuel dont sqweart out it just kinda drips out and i did take the pump apart looked clean to me but i still think i need a new one what do u think? thank you all your so kind to help a bro out thanks yall

Hey just thought I'd add something...in a pinch I used a $25 plastic pump from my local tractor dealer. Its a universal pulse vacuum operated tractor/mower pump with 1/4" lines. It took a few minutes to figure out which was supply, vac, and pump output, but it works flawlessly. They are designed for small engines up to 15hp. I've even seen them online for $13. Not as high quality as the Mikuni metal versions but it works the same.

I have g21a and mine is plastic, I am not seeing any gas in the filter, what could the problem be? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
