Re: 2003 will not move
Welcome to BGW!
Is it a Series Drive or PDS? If it has a Run/Tow switch on the controller cover and the F/R selector is a rocker switch on the dash, it is a PDS. |

Re: 2003 will not move
Okay, you've got a series cart (series wound motor).
The solenoid clicks, so the problem is in the high current circuit. Lift the rear wheels off the ground and put on jackstands so the half ton cart doesn't take off unexpectedly and run over someone or something. Connect your DVM between the controller's B- and M- terminals. Press pedal just far enough for the solenoid to click. You should measure FULL battery pack voltage. If not, use the attached schematic with the high current circuit highlighted to find the missing voltage. (Current path show with F/R in F) |

Re: 2003 will not move
Cart stopped again each time I connect my volt meter between m- and b- it reads full voltage and cart starts working again as I depress accelator voltage decreases with speed increase

Check the connection in the 4 pin molex connector that connects the ITS to the controller. A bad connection there could cause this.

Re: 2003 will not move
Connections appear to be tight and very clean
