Wanted: steering column for a 1992 ezgo

I flipped my golfcart upside down at our motocross track hill climbing.

Well any ways I snapped the whole steering column off. I am looking for the outer steering column tube for a 1992 ezgo marathon.

I have one off of a 99 that has the 3 hole mount pattern. I also have the inner metal shaft that attaches to the rack and is splined at the other end for the steering wheel. Not sure if it will fit but if so I would take $40+shipping. I have been keeping it around for that same reason!

thanks but mine has the 4 bolt holes that bolt it to the gear box

The 99 is the wrong year. Last year for the box you need is 93 I think.

4 bolts hold the columb on to the steering box, there are 3 bolts underneath the cart in a triangular pattern that hold the whole steering box assembly on and then you have to take the ball joint out by removing 1 cotter pin and 1 nut.


You can take the 3 bolts out and the ball joint loose and the whole thing will come out....steering columb and all. I just swapped mine out yesterday on my 92.

i have this old rear, front and a steering box/column. it is out of an ezgo, but i got it a swap meet, not sure the year?? i will see how many monting bolts to the box there is. it is all for sale..

Also maybe a length measurement and what points you measured to and from.
