07 Precedent Rear Wheel Noise
I have a 07 Precedent that I purchased six months ago that has begun to make a scraping noise from the rear wheels.
It varies with speed as well as it intensifies when turning (sideloading) The brakes are also not very tight. Any ideas? Thanks. |

Re: 07 Precedent Rear Wheel Noise
Sounds like you need to pull wheels and drums and inspect brake shoes and rear wheel bearings for damage. If you were REALLY LUCKY it could be hub cap noise, so try that first?
If your cart happens to be lifted it could be short brake cables holding brakes partially applied. Most carts built in 2007 shouldnt have brakes worn out this soon, but you never can tell? If you want to do brake job yourself let us know so we can talk you through it IF NEEDED? |
