I went with the Admiral A4 with XCT 500 amp controller on my IQ DS and I'm very pleased. Getting about 19mph with 23 inch tires with plenty of torque. I think Alltrax recently released a program update for the XCT that can provide more speed for the A4. My motor has a whine sound when under acceleration but that may be due to the windings and inherent to DC voltage motors but so far has operated flawlessly. David with Revolution Golf Cars set me up with everything, contact him for more information. Good luck!

Let me know if you need the speed map. I built a stretch Precedent with this setup and it would run 25ish

Tahoedawg, what size tires were on the precedent? And did it still have good torque with the speed map Vs the torque map?

23" tires. And yes. Plenty of torque.
