2003 Club Car won't move

I have a 2003 club car that was having intermittent problems. It would take several minutes of playing with the pedal to get the solenoid to click and the cart to move - forward or reverse. The reverse buzzer was working fine as well. All the batteries are 6 months old and just tested. I replaced the solenoid and now the reverse buzzer wont work and the cart wont move regardless of how many times I hit the pedal. I'm getting power to the solenoid but its not clicking. Am I not getting enough power? If so, then why not? Thanks.

Sounds like the MCOR has failed.

fyi... i have an 03 ds that had the same intermittent problem
i had a hard time getting the plugs out of the mcor, they were packed full of fine dirt
finally removed the mcor, it bench tested fine, reinstalled and working fine for last 3 years
i assume the dirt in the plugs was the problem
2 dash pots 0-5 ohm and 5-0 ohm (from memory)(read sticky) and 1 micro switch
easy peasy to check
