right selonoid

My cart stoped working. 1998 48V club car.
If i jumo the two large posts of the selonoid cart runs great till jumper wire burns up. I replaced seloniod. Same problem. Did I get the wrong selonoid?
I have been told that the 98's came with a couple diferent ones.
Serial#A9805-644930 If Somebody can get me the correct part number that would be great. Also any info would also be great. Does my problem perhaps be in the Potentjometer?

Also what does DS stand for and Vglide? wich do I have???
