Default Thoughts on this combo lift kit

Hey all, I am in the market for a wheel/tire set and lift kit. I found this one for around $750, was wondering thoughts on the brand/tires/wheels! I will also be replacing the front and rear shocks, leaf springs to heavy duty as well. Let me know!

I'm not crazy about All Terrain tread tires, they pick up gravel and hard to clean, they pack mud or snow
and you wind up with a smooth tire. All that said I guess it's how and where you use them.

Where we live is in Florida. Very south Florida so hills are not existent. However we have woods around our community and we do go back road often to fish. So I'm not sure with street tires I'll be able to do that

For a golf cart is 2 ply okay? I may not even go with this anymore. I think i may go with a more basic lift kit since it is just for looks and not loads or hauling for long rides. Basically a community golf cart. As for the tires, may shrink down to 10'' wheels with big tires. Trying to save some money if possible.
