02 weak spark won't start
My 1st post, changed oil it ran great. Washed it, turns over wont start. Inline spark tester shows weak spark. Good continuity on plug and coil wires. removed plate with ignitor and ballast resistor,steel wooled all grounds cleaned all connections,used dielectric grease on all,reassembled and to my surprise still won't start! Any ideas where to go from here?

Check for voltage at the coil +/- you should have 12v when pedal pressed if your do its should be sparking.....if no 12v check pulsar connection since you washed it

Pulsar was rusty so was flywheel. I cleaned them both and reassembled still no change. Is there any way to test the coil?
