1981 Club Car Converting to Controller
I am converting a 1981 Club car from "Coil" drive to Controller with a POT BOX. The problem is the Accelerator pedal will NOT push the linkage on the POT BOX at Full Throttle, only half way because the pedal hits the floor. Any ideas to fix this problem.

When I did mine I bought a kit from Scottyb. He had made a bellcrank to modify the length of push for the pot box. It was pretty slick. You should PM him about it.

You need to make or buy a throttle bellcrank assembly to multiply the peddle movement.
