96 CC DS Gas
just bought a 96 club car ds gas it's in fair shape runs good
bought one of the new style bodies for club car called the spartan going to redo the seats and already painted the head light housing in a brushed aluminum color they were black and also the grill this is a blue metallic color through body also bought everything to do a complete service job to the motor including a new carb, gas hoses, filters ( air fuel oil )and both belts |

here are two other builds I did the orange one is mine a 95 CC DS 11hp motor 550amp controller 2 gauge cables 48 volt light gray with orange pleeted seat covers all the metal on the cart is either polished stainless steel or billet aluminum all the lights are wireless remote
the white one is my wife's cart 98 CC DS almost the same as mine but it has a plum quick bandit motor both carts have an am/fm cd player in them they both have 255/50/12 tires and billet aluminum Godfather wheel |

no not at all windshield mount will hold it in place but I did put a 1/8 inch rivet in the lower part of the fender at the bottom to make it a little more sturdy hope to try to finish it up today and tomorrow

She's coming together nicely, color matches pretty good with the seats and steering wheel too, how is the nose without the extra plastic to bolt up (is it flimsy) also does the body come with the access panel cut out in the rear or is it gas/electric specific.. my cart is electric.. thanks mopar for the pics can't wait to see the final outcome, you done some nice builds in the past and I new this one would be no different..keep the pics coming
