Default The G1 got respect this summer

Hi all. I have had my 83 G1 for a little over a year now and it has been a great cart for me. I have taken this thing up some big hills, through deep ruts, towed other carts with it hammered through mud and it has remained completely solid with no hesitation. Anyways... The place where I camp in the summer held their annual Golf Cart Derby earlier in the summer and it consisted of a muddy hill climb and a drag race. Took 1st place overall and got a nice big trophy! Governor not even cranked up! These carts are great running machines. Heres a few pics of my cart currently. Sorry the pics are from a cellphone and not the greatest.

Good looking cart Field, can you tell me if you have a lift kit and tire and wheel sizes? Where any modifications needed? I like the attention to detail that you have put into the cart.

Thank you. The cart has a 2 inch lift on it with 18x9.50x8.00 kenda scorpions. Theses tires would have fit with no lift. A decided to do a minor lift to give it a better looking stance. I am currently building a 1984 G1 and put a 2 1/4 inch lift on it and I hope I can put 20 inch tires on it.
