It's a pro mariner ac plug holder. http://www.pmariner.com/productFeatu...oductNum=51201

I used a piece of the body from when I installed my cut-in headlights to make a bracket/adaptor to hold the plug where the factory ezgo charger plug was mounted.

I don't recall having any pictures of the front.

There are two types of AC plug holders, one has a wall socket style cutout in front of your AC plug, than there's one with no cutout, just a big hole that leaves the face of the 110 plug exposed. I prefer the one with no cutout as the one with the cutout doesn't allow the two plugs to make a secure connection.

Hey Hotcat I read thru the thread a few time and I can't find out the exact number on your wheels. Are they 12x6 with 2+4 offset?
