Is this one of Scotty b’s switches? This looks like the 92f to me. Would this work on an 03 series DS?

Yes and yes. The CC92F switch will work on any Series Club Car. But it is specifically designed for the carts with 3 F&R micro switches like the 03 DS

Is this what you need? it's from 2004 DS Wiring Diagram. There are two heavy gauge BLUE cables, the yellow highlighted one goes to Controller M-, the other to Motor S2.
