Been a while since I posted. I mentioned a while back that the secondary was on it's way out. Well over the winter, it finally took a dump. Comet 770d secondaries aren't cheap lol. But I managed to score a new one. Still on the hunt for a quad chassis to rob the ifs setup from. I could go that route, fab it up and have far less in it than a jakes kit. And i'd also have some nice hydraulic discs I could plumb into the existing system. The Kohler is on the back burner, but I'll get it there.

Hello my name is George and I live in NE Louisiana. I almost fell over reading over your post. I also have a utv max and an 85 Marathon. I've had the cushman about 4 years and never really fooled with it. I actually had 2 I got in a trade and sold the lessor repairable of the two. Just curious. How does the Cushman achieve reverse. I know the Robin engine in my Ezgo actually runs backwards for reverse.
