Default Hei coil for a 1994 4 cycle

Do I Need a hei coil with the hei conversion ,and if I do where can I get one
Can some one let me know. Thanks

You can just use the hei ignition module along with the stock coil. An HEI coil will give you a slightly hotter spark and is only about $23 at a discount auto parts store (Autozone, O'riley's etc.).

I'm having a running issue after the hei conversion, does the hei module control timing , I did switch the where's from the pulsar, no change
I replaced the plugs I found one wet, I started with no spark, now I have spark
So it helped

No, the hei module doesn't control spark timing.

Spark timing is static and controlled by the position of the pulsar coil on the side of the engine. Spark timing (the position of the pulsar) is likely not adjustable on your cart0 but maybe someone more knowledgeable about 4 cycle carts can answer this.
