StarEV B48-K6D Headlight Problem
I have a 2012 StarEV B48-K6D that has developed a strange issue with the headlights.
The fuse holder right next to the DC-to-DC converter corroded away so I replaced it. Since then, all of the 12v accessories started working again except for the headlights. When I turn on the headlights, they do not turn on, but the amp meter on the dash maxes out and there is a whining sound that comes from somewhere in the dash. I checked the fuse box, and both 7.5amp fuses for the headlights tested fine with a fuse tester. Any ideas on what the problem may be? |

Re: StarEV B48-K6D Headlight Problem
There are various relays behind the dash. I’m not sure but it sounds like one of these may be the culprit. I would remove the access panel and isolate the sound.
