Started replacing the seat covers today. I bought a set of staple-on covers in dark brown gator skin from A2Z seat covers. I started with the back and the install went pretty smooth. A small learning curve on making sure there's no creases.

Finished the back and moved to the front. The backrest went on decent but I ran into a major snag on the front seat. While trying to remove the plastic hip restraints I sheared off two bolts and spun the inserts loose on two more. Not good.

It's going to stay like it is right now but I might have to build a new seat bottom. I'm going to try and cut the rest of the bolts and I might just lag bolt the hip restraints back on. Not sure yet....

I got the winch bolted up today. I forgot to bring my oscillating tool so I wasn't able to notch out the plastic bumper, but it should fit back under the winch. Have to work nights starting tomorrow so it'll be next week before I finish the install and get it wired up.
