Default swap dcs motor with pds?

I know both motor are sepex but can you put a dcs motor on a pds cart. I dongt need the speed control wire out of the pds since I upgraded my controle to alltrax.

No. They are 2 completely different drive systems.

k but I can send the dcs motor to pq and they will do what they have to to fit it to pds?

ok im confused ezgo tech said that I can swap the dcs motor with the pds motor since they are identical. said it wont hurt since I have an upgraded controler and wont need the speed sensor

Maybe he knows something I don't know...
DCS is almost a forgotten system abandoned a decade ago by the manufacture.
Try it and let us know what happens.

yeah they said the motor is the same as the pds cart they just stoped using the other functions but the internals are identical. Swaped them out this morning does great I finnaly realized my cart can pull itself up on trailer But I did lose the topend speed only goes about 25 maxing out at 29 downhill which is still fast enough but I will be sending my pds motor to PQ sometime next month to be even better.

Also Scotty B I will be hollaring at you soon about a brake kit since Im alittle nervous to open it up on golf course dont want to end up in a pond or something like that

Be careful holding that top speed for long. Those motors can come apart if spun too high too long, and it sounds like you have a bigger than stock controller?

We have been having real good results with the 2 wheel rear hydraulic brake kits
