Nice outside today so I fired Vicki up. She was slow to start,however I noticed with the heat shield mod I had misadjusted my throttle cable. Once I realized what had happened she lit right up

Did a double check on Vicki's cold start with the throttle cable adjusted correctly. Worked out fine

I see Vegascarts relisted the billet clutch pulley for driving an alternator or S/G.I thought it was not coming back due to the 780 style clutch with a built in pulley.

I got a post from Geoff elsewhere about the lapse in S/G pulleys " Just not enough time to do it all". I wonder if this is the start of making the cart specific alternator kit for the 670. Seems to be a lot of potential in that area.

We had a sunny 50 some degree day before the rains came. There were 5 or so carts out cruising the island BUT I was not one of them

We had 25+mph winds and Heavy rain last night. Power stayed on. Still 15 mph + today.

Another night and morning of heavy winds and rain. Clear and windy now. Just took Izzy for a walk there is a LOT of flooding on the island.

I see Bullfrog Motorsports is selling their 500 cc built to the gills single cylinder clone for $1595. IF I didn't have both my VC 460 long rod and my super built Omega I would buy it. You can bet that thing make some SUPER power and RPMs

Flooded in on the island both yesterday and today. Luckily I didn't any have to go errands during this time
AND NOW 30 MPH winds ! |

Still getting pounded with 30 mph winds with gust up to 50 mph.This will continue until tomorrow. Power is still on. Hope it stays that way
