Default 2010 Yamaha Gasser.

Hey.
I just purchased a 2010 Yamaha gasser. It’s missing the head and controller. Where can I find a complete head or a replacement engine? Preferably a stock replacement. The other question is the controller was missing. Can anyone tell me what the original looks like or model? Lastly, should I
Put the head on and try it or pull
And try a rebuild on whole engine?

Thank you.

One option is the complete plug and play 402 unit from Don Plowman. Brand new Yamaha engine at its best.

Boats.net new stocker $1527. Ebay rebuild $770 PLUS $1000 core charge. Even with those you still need a carb and coil/CDI unit. I guess first thing is pull the engine and see if anything inside is able to be used. With the head off like that I wonder.
