Default Golf cart battery tester (bluetooth), am I re-inventing the wheel?

Batteries are a PITA! Sulfated, dead cell or bad connection... <frustrating>

I'm starting on a project to build a decice with 10 voltage meters, one for each battery, one for the pack voltage and maybe one for the controller or motor<?>.

there would be an arduino computer, with a bluetooth output. This would allow the continious monitoring of all of the batteries while a cart is driving. The values could be looked at while driving or recorded in a log. The device may also have a gps sensor, which would also be a speed sensor along and an incline sensor, to know it it going up hill or down.

I've not found a similar device that can test the health of all of the batteries, while driving. Did I miss something?

By next week 'i hope' to test the none computer version, with just a panel of volt meters and an umbillical of battery connectors and I got 2 questionale carts to test.

So far the cost of material is $200, so a retail price should be $500-$600, while a 1 time diagnosis maybe $50? I've got a cart with new batteries, so the device would show how weak the betteries are in a cart, versus what new ones will give. In a fleet environment, like a country club, it would be easy to know if there was a problem. be it 1 lithium, 6 or 8 lead acids, the grading curve would always show the worst performer.

My objective is to be able to grade individual batteries A through F. Once I get the computer integrated, I hope to test connectivity of cable.

I'm sick and tire of guessing. In a long ago post, I posted on a jockey seat that let me read voltages while driving.
