![]() These EnjoyBot batteries with a 100a BMS ( 100a continuous discharge ) are not suitable for an RXV cart, especially with an Navitas controller. What you could try is, to reduce the max amp draw in the Navitas app ( default is 200a ) and see if that helps. While fast accelerating, my RXV draws 200+ amps easily.
P.s It ran fine for about 6 month... with the Navitas controller or with the stock Danaher/Curtis? |

![]() It ran for 6 months with no changes to the cart and in the exact same configuration.
I have tried that and it's better when I turn it down to 150A. But it stills brings the batteries to 44V which I think it's not right. The graph I attached shows that once it gets to around 100A discharge, it's already down to the point where the controller is shutting it down due to low voltage. |

![]() Update:
Turned the system into a 36V system and tuned the controller down to that. Tried to narrow down to one battery not working correctly and continued to have the issue of the batteries dropping too low in voltage. So I'm to the point of think the batteries are okay. The cables are new and checked all connections. Running out of ideas other than severely lowering the discharge current. |
