Default Samsung GEN 1 readings; good, bad, or ugly?!?

2017 RXV Elite;
Current Ah Capacity 45.9 vs Ideal Ah Capacity of 59.2= 22.5% degradation or 77.5% remaining.

Total Amp Hours of discharge= 38315 (200,000max)
Total charge cycles= 766 (65535max)

What’s ur thoughts?

Well it wasn't babied, but it's still functional.

A course gets 3 rounds of golf out of a charge. So that cart has played 766 * 3 = 2298 rounds.
Over 7 years, 2298 / 7 = 328 rounds per year.
So the cart played 1 round of golf just about everyday for the last 7 years.

A very well cared for Trojan lead acids would 100% be junk by now. So in my opinion the first owner made a better purchase going lithium.

Really all that matters is, does it still have enough range between charges to get you where you need to go?

Also don't take that 65535 max number to mean anything about life expectancy. That's the maximum 16 bit integer value before the counter will roll over to 0.

Great insight, thanks.
And agree, it’s a lots of use and some of the wear parts show it.
And also agree about lead acid, the cart would probably be on its 2nd or third set by now.

Do we know a ballpark number for max charge cycles?

I don't think there really is a max. They will continue to wear and you will have less amphour capacity. At some point you'll probably just replace them because you need more range or the circuit board in the BMS dies out.
And even at that point, the cells could be recycled and used in something like a solar energy storage.
