Charging issue

Hello EV world.
I'm new to all this EV technology and not sure I have all the names of the components correct, so I'm struggling trying to find parts.

I have a Xtreme green UTV that wouldn't turn on one day, found the main 90v 200amp solenoid wasn't activating. When bypassed everything worked except the onboard charger. Installed the new solenoid, still wouldn't active. Found that this board was burnt up, don't know what it is...a CANBUS or a BMS relay, or maybe a step down board, really not sure, but not finding any information on it and how it works and what it does etc., making it impossible to find a replacement.
The unit has:
TCCH 103-16 CAN1000 charger
TC-619B CAN communication Module
Shenzhen Ruishen Technology Co., Ltd. BMS (all info unreadable)
This burnt unit that connects to the main 200amp solenoid and the BMS. The board has UTV_V3 printed on it and also has a SD card on the bottom.
