Evolution EV48-400 Error Codes V5

Another update to the consolidated EV48-400 AC Motor Controller Error/Alarm Codes.

These codes apply to Evolution’s EV48-400 and EV48-400-A Motor Controllers.

They are NOT applicable for the EV48-400-C controller or Curtis controllers (there's a separate 400-C fault list in the files section)

Please comment with additions/corrections/questions.

Please post a link to the 400-C fault codes. I couldn't find it in the files section or anywhere actually. My cart is blinking 1 green and 10 red flashes.

I did this MANY times before posting here. All that comes up is the NON 400-C documents.

Thank you for the download. Not only does it not come up in my google search, but my fault code is not even on the list SMH!

yeah, I saw that after I had asked.

red represents the number before the decimal point, green represents the number after the decimal point

so that would be a 10.1 which you said wasn't in the 400-C table

1. Are you triple sure you counted correctly?

2. Have you hooked up a cable and the GEF12 software and see what it reads for fault codes?

I bought a usb cable to connect to it for the true fault readings. But yes, I did count properly, and can gladly upload a video. This truly has me stumped. What is the curtis equivalent to this controller? Does Navitas make a replacement?
