Prices are soo cheap, I wonder if the 10% tariff on chyna will make any difference.

They likely torqued the screw then welded it to the bus bar as a means to make sure it stayed put and prevented easy self repair. That means its likely threaded under that so if you can drill the head off you could extract the screw potentially.

I avoided the whole issue of welded bars and got a CE battery with bolted cells.
