G1 mikuni carb
Looking to see if anyone knows what model Mikuni carb and specs would be on my 1985 G1. I'm taking it of to give it a bath and want to make sure it is tuned right when re-installing. I think most carbs like this are 1 1/2 turns out, thanks.

settings vary according to your altitude and other things but i think that should put you close

According to my manual, it should be a BV21-16. Earlier carts used a BV24-18.

Stupid me, I just checked manual and it says the pilot screw, from a a lightly seated position, should be 1 turn out. And the throttle stop screw is 2 turns in.
