V glide to mcor conversion AM293201 kit
Having some issues here, ordered the above kit and can’t find the wire harness connection (the round 3 pin). Is it inside the wire loom?? My cart serial number is A9514 430286, it has the v glide between the batteries. Could use some help, ordered it from Revolution golf cars. Also, I have a Navitas 440 amp controller. Could use some pics of others installations for some help.
Thanks in advance! |

Re: V glide to mcor conversion AM293201 kit
I presume you have replaced the wiring harness to convert your cart to IQ. The IQ harness has two plugs that go to the MCOR, a 2 pin and a 3 pin. If you still have the stock harness, you can get an OEM one from Revolution. I'm not sure how you connected the Navitas controller with the stock harness however. |

I have not converted the harness, I was not aware it has to be done.

Is that a series cart?
The Navitas TSX controller will work with a series motor if you got the right adapter for Club Car. No reason to replace any harness for a series cart. You may need to wire the MCOR wires yourself. |

This is what Dave said to do. Just waiting on Navitas to call back.

I have everything working now. The accelerator pedal does not seem to fit the new linkage supplied in the kit. Has anyone else had this happen?

Not sure exactly what you mean. Is there slop between the pedal and where it presses on the rod?
If so, did you replace the pivot bushings for the pedal? If there is just a lot of plat between the pedal and the rod, try using a piece of fuel hose over the rod to take up the space. |

Re: V glide to mcor conversion AM293201 kit
I mean the pedal is almost straight up when assembled vs tilted towards the front of the cart. The linkage that goes to the brake release does not attach in any way to the pedal. Just seems like the pedal needs to be formed differently or a newer style of pedal is needed.
