Default g29 yamaha stopped working

Last Wednesday my g29 worked perfectly, Thursday afternoon went to go check the mail and I discovered the following. Lights, blinkers, horn were all not working. the volt meter on the cart would show fully charged then fade within 5 seconds. Also the cart would surge maybe 6 inches before dying. Since then here are the following things I've changed, solenoid, batteries, run/tow switch and the throttle sensor. its leading to believe its the controller? I have 48v to the controller, ignition and volt meter. ideas or did I already solve it? the three amp fuse is also good.

Well, now what is it. Is it wired to the controller ,or the ignition switch?

Also, is the vehicle currently equipped with a stock, or aftermarket controller?

Straight to the controller, stock controller. Also when I push it back there isn't any resistance
