Anybody do a vtwin swap in a non lifted g16
I’m wanting to do a v twin in my g16 but would like to not do a lift anybody done this all information is greatly appreciated thanks

This is posted in the wrong section, this is the "Clones" section.
I'll answer, the Vtwin engines are usually too tall to fit in non lifted carts. Just not enough room under there unless you: 1. lift the cart which drops the swing arm down, or 2. drop the engine cradle down by cutting and welding. That doesn't mean it can't be done, it just means you're going to need to do some fabrication work. It's kinda like putting a 460 in a Ford Ranger. |

Ok my bad didn't know a vtwin wasn’t a clone sorry I posted in the wrong section I thought big block talk would be a good place to start I was just asking for some info I’ll try to watch what and where I post agian I apologize

Check with Bruce at CPP, http://www.cartpartsplus.com/ I'm pretty sure the 18 hp vanguard will fit but very tight.
