Thanks, those cables are much stiffer than most. It's a little hard to make them look good but they sure handle the power good. I checked the motor case after a good 5 mile run. D&D said to keep it under 100* it was only 49*.It should do fine.

Well it's not the charger I wanted but it was free so I'm using it for now.

Ezgo 48 volt cheap Delta Q charger modified to work on little RED.

I took it a part and put a new cord with SB-50 connector on it. It's working fine.

Well I finally took it for it's longest ride to date. 6.5 miles up to surfside beach. Running 28 MPH both ways. Only slowing down for people to turn are walk out in front of me. High speed motor is doing good.
Started with 50.8 volts and after the ride I had 48.9 volts motor only got to 56*C per my heat gun.

I also ordered this on/off remote to take the place of the key.

YETOR Remote Control Switch, DC 12V/24V/48V/72V/ 40A relay Light Switch for Anti-Theft Alarms, Security Systems Roller Lind Door,Gate Barriers etc (Two Remote Controls)
I will take the key switch out of the cart and install this unit. All I have to do is push the button to turn it on & off. It will also activate the 48 volt reducer also for all the extra's and will cut everything off when I turn it off like the key switch.

Finally got around to hooking up the
YETOR heavy Remote Control Switch. It's like having a Run/Tow switch now on little RED. Rated at 40 amps so it is no problem for hooking it in line with the key switch. Turn it off and nothing works at all even with the key on.

Cart has been through a lot in last 2 month's. From being wrecked to back on the street.

It's got new life now and it really looks good with the new paint job. Put H/L beam headlights in it also.
