Default ITS Convertor wiring

I am installing a Flight Systems controller in a 48 volt converted ezgo. The cart is a series with ITS throttle. The controller came with a ITS converter but dont have a molex plug like the diagram shows. Anyone used this setup that can help me with wiring the converter up correctly?

i am replacing an Alltrax AXE contoller that went bad. The problem is the wire to the alltrax were red, black, white, and orange. the ITS converter has small pins there are 4 close togther and one by itself. the diagram shows the connection using a plug which is no longer on the cart.

Guess you will have to splice some wires, here is the alltrax diagram to cross reference.
