Speaking of inductive throttle sensor problems, my own old back yard fishing cart acted up today. I found some very interesting problems troubleshooting.

I do have a few questions...
I have read this thread and unless I just over looked ...
NO one helped him with the manuf #.... what year cart does he have?
reason I am asking.. is that I have same question posted...else were
just worded differently.. I sure would like some help and to learn what
year cart I have too...
I hope someone can teach us how to read our label......

He has a 1996 TXT cart with a series drive system, however once he posted a picture of the controller, we knew which schematic was needed for troubleshooting and that schematic was posted.

The last two digits of the Manufacturer code is the year.

If you plug your serial# into the linked website, it will (maybe) tell you the way it left the factory:

Can the input shaft on the motor come off. And if so. Whats the best way?
