putting down new rubber , planning on spraying both sides with 3m contact cement . Is this right or should I only use around the perimeter?

Re: New floor mat
Your Ezgo has a floor access panel to the throttle peddle box. Occasionally access is needed here for repairs. The original rubber mat is held in place with the rocker panels only.
