suspension
Have a jakes long travel on the way for 09 Precedent. If I take a leaf out of my rear heavy duty springs do they have a shock with a overload spring for when I put a heavy load on my rear rack ? The cart is used off road.

Re: suspension
I don't know of any coil-overs for a club car, but they do have air shocks. You might be able to find an atv shock to work, but you may have to mod some mounts.

Re: suspension
I think the spring rating will far surpass the load rating for the flip seat or common utility beds available. What kind of rack do you have?

Re: suspension
I took the seat off and welded expanded metal and struts on it where it will still fold up and out of the way. I seen a set of overload springs on Jason's golfcarts that I'm going to try. They said it would give me a softer ride but still carry the load when needed.
