ez go wont move
i replaced the battery tray in my 2001 ez go pds ! i forgot to switch to tow when re installing batterties. now it wont move but a very litlle bit .solenoid is clicking.have i burnt controller up? how can i check to se if thats what it is !! thanks

Double check all the batteries are in there right ... all the negative posts line right down the middle.
+ to - all through the pack? 36v between the main battery + and -? ... if yes, cycle the switch once, the key once, and try the gas twice. |

have 37volts when checking + &- on the two main batteries ?im gona go check at controller

See if you have 37v between controller B+ and B- when the solenoid clicks.
Then check if you have increasing voltage from B+ to M- as the peddle is depressed. It is rare the controller fries on an Ezgo with one spark but controller damage is accumulative and yours could have just been ready to go? If so, it's a good excuse for an upgrade! |

yes i have 36.9 v between b- & b+ at contorller. which is m-

ok i have between 7 to 8 volts bet b+ and m- when pressing pedal and selonoid clicking

I probably should mention controller test is done with at least one rear wheel jacked off the floor and key on, directional selector in forward. ~ test leads on B+ and M- should read 0v then push the gas and watch the voltage rise to full pack voltage?
IF no or very low voltage then the controller is probably fried. |

with no pedal it reads 0 when you push pedal it goes to aprox 8 volts no higher ! must be controller . THANKS for the assistance
