2002 Ezgo slows to stop on grade
I have a 2002 Ezgo PDS, new batteries, new#4 guage cables, everything is tight, cart slows to stop on hill if I have been driving around the woods slowly. If I keep up the speed and go up hill it will keep going. Is the controller over heating while creeping around the woods ????? Any Ideas??

Creeping in an electric cart is a no no especially a PDS cart. You are slowly killing your controller.

Did you tell us if it was lifted? If so, then you need to upgrade your controller. If it's stock and you have a speed chip in it - remove the chip ASAP...

I had the same issue, go with the mild hill chip and make sure you replace all 6guage wires on the controller with 4 also, did this and have not had this issue again. I have a 4 inch lift with 22's.
