Default 2007 workhorse belt alignment ?

I have a 2007 workhorse it want to try to pull off while the starter motor is running. It has a new belt and I searched it the rite one. Now I do notice the belt is out of line, looks as maybe the engine clutch has been changed but the starter v belt looks to be in line to it's pulley grove. So is it possible the rear clutch may be wrong (2010 before and after is a different pt#.) I got this cart a little while back & he was guessing of the year on it 12-17 but it's a 2007 that was reworked in 2016 thanks for the advice

Show us a picture of what you got. under dump bed. Driven clutch ( rear ) should be on drivers side if its a 2007. I am guessing its the Robbin MCI engine. Grey timing cover and exhaust manifold integrated with cylinder head if it is the MCI engine. Show a close up of the clutch that's not lined up

Go down to the reply box, and click on go advanced. You will see a paperclip at the top of the box. click on that. A new box will open, and will allow you to upload 5 pictures at a time.

I could be wrong but that does not look like the correct clutch for a robin powered cart.

Its been a while since i stopped working on these so Trig may be able to verify.

Good eye Cartmaster :)
This is from 2005 workhorse that I put the Robbin 350 pre mci engine in a few years ago. The driven clutch on his looks much different than mine. My driven clutch and drive clutch are original and I wouldn't think ezgo changed them in 07.
Maybe I am wrong but something to look at. Maybe aftermarket driven clutch ?
I flipped your picture over to match mine.

I wonder if that clutch is fitted to the kawasaki engined carts, never seen one so just guessing. Unless as you say Trig, it's aftermarket.

EDIT

Also looks like the belt is sitting too high in the driven clutch.
