2011 ezgo jerks on acceleration
Hey everyone,
I'm new to the forum and golf carts. I just bought a 2011 ezgo 48v shuttle 2+2, owner claimed batteries are 2013 or newer. He said speed level was to turned up a notch. A couple times riding around the yard it would start jerking when I accelerated hard, letting off the accelerating makes it stop. It does have larger tires. Air pressure is good, lug nuts tight, each battery outputting 8.3 volts. None of the wires appear lose or got hot when driving Ideas on what is wrong or where to start? I noticed it looks like the rear end might be leaking so I'm going to check that tonight. Thanks |

Jerks only on hard acceleration sounds like a battery problem. Hook test leads to main + & -, note how low voltage gets when problem occurs.
