The seats do look cool. I'm hoping the orange grows on me - I have a new speed motor just back from Alltrax.
This is going to be fun

My hunting cart is about to be where it needs to be......a speed cart sounds like a fun and easy project. Problem is they don't give them away down here.

I rearranged the garage yesterday... winter stuff to the back, summer stuff to the front,
(had to cut the grass for the first time this spring before it rained for the next 4 days)

Rolled the cart out, checked the oil and fuel, set it to maintenance mode,
pushed the GO pedal with the tap of the choke, and she fired right up!
Let her sit at a slightly high idle for 10 minutes to circulate the oil, and give the battery some fresh juice.

She STILL purrs like a kitten!

Bench tested and works like a champ!
I'll be installing a 12v adapter for easy charging and there are 2 8" subs in a box already installed under the front seat. I plan to add harbor freight solar panels for charging the 12v battery for fun all summer long! I'll update with pics when it's all in the buggy

Hooked the pack back up, and plugged in the charger overnight. Took off like a champ in the morning after a 6 month storage with sub zero temps. Second winter with no problems using LockMan1's advice for sparky storage. Thanks again.

Batteries were unhooked in sub zero temps for 6 months?
Don't think I'd risk that...

me neither - (it's a single 12v) basics tell us to keep the catteries charged up to reduce 2 harmful effects during long term (6 mos) storage
1. sulfation
2. freezing

That is actually the best way to store unattended batteries.

A fully charged battery will not freeze until -90F, even at 80% SOC it will have to be below -50F.

The Batteries self-discharge is also extremely reduced at sub-freezing temperature.

I respectfully disagree.
I don't have a dog in this race but I have seen what 6 months in activity can do to a pack of batteries
