I don't know what kind/brand mine is, it was already installed when I bought the cart. It is a 5" but if I would have done it myself I would have gone with a 6" Jake's Drop Axle lift. I've heard nothing but praise for the Jake's lift kits.

No, I believe they make them for all of the big 3 makes, EZGO, Yamaha and Club Car.

There are a several different lifts available for each of the big three. Prices range from under $100 to over $1000. All depends on what you're doing with the cart and what you want.
