Default clutch is shot i think. any way to repair?

I havent really used my cart in a while and after about 3 weeks of no use from [B]ME[B] I'm checking over the cart and such to see what damage my brother did to find out theres a huge crack in the clutch i think. Should i just find a new one or try to repair this one somehow.

You had at least 1 clutch weight "let go" as I tell my customers "explode". Unfortunatly the retail price for weight kits has gone to about 65.00 each and there are 3 and should all be replaced at the same time. I would change the pins, 3-long/3-short about 2.00 each and the cap about 22.00. the other problem is the "spider" could be damaged another 50.00. I do beleive the stock weighting makes for a "smoother" rpm engagement, but I do understand the guy's selling the aftermarket replacement clutch will work. Tough choice. Good luck Dave

you just have one of the weight broken off

you can remove them with an alen key very small , I normaly heat them up with a propane toche before so the lock tigh lets go , if you strip one of the bolts you are kinda screwed

the cover I just weld it back up its only there to keep the dust out

Cart, you weld it up, and it will be out of balance. And you know what that means!
